Need some help, please - I'm trying to upload a picture to use as the avatar for my new shop and nothing happens. A little screen appears and says it has to be no more than 100 KB and 75x75 pixels. I keep resizing my pics to much less than 100 KB and can't get it to exactly 75x75. How do I do this? Thanks!

I went here http://resize2mail.com/advanced.php and did it. It worked ok...

abercot: you can use a printer screen function to cut your photo accurately in 75X75 pixels

I always open my picture in Word and go to resize and put 75 X 75 pixels
